The purpose of the Tides Medical Foundation is to provide thoughtful, impactful charitable giving to organizations whose missions’ support our three pillars: innovation in healing, children and community development. If you represent a 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose aligns with these causes and would like to be considered for a financial gift, sponsorship or Tides staff volunteer support, please use the form below to submit your request.

Requests will be reviewed by the Foundation at the end of each quarter. Submissions will be evaluated based on alignment with our philanthropic goals, amount requested and overall presentation of grant application. Following the quarterly review, applicants will be notified of the Foundation’s decision.
